Product Description
The Gantry Movable Diamond Wire Saw Machine is designed for cutting, squaring, and profiling large granite, marble, quartzite, and natural stone blocks. Available in PLC and CNC configurations, it supports both conventional straight cutting and complex curved or special-shaped profiling.
With a maximum processing size of up to 3500 × 3500 × 2500 mm, adjustable wire speed of 20–40 m/s, and a 15 kW main motor, the machine is suitable for continuous heavy-duty stone processing in quarries, stone factories, and block squaring yards. The CNC model supports CAD/DXF file input via USB for accurate and repeatable profiling.
