It has AI intelligent speed optimization, an OTA online upgrade system, and a simple programming function. Moreover, the system can be upgraded for free for life, allowing it to continuously adapt to new requirements. At the same time, it has a rope breakage alarm and protection system to ensure processing safety, and a full-cycle graphic library template to provide rich references for complex processing.

In terms of mechanical structure, the column lifting adopts a 16-face guide rail + 28 sets of roller structure; the lifting transmission is a lead screw + double nut structure, which allows gap adjustment and provides double protection; the top transmission is evenly driven by a servo motor through a precision gear reducer; the trolley transmission is a lead screw + nut transmission structure to ensure precise transmission.

The CNC-2500S/2500SA CNC-3000S/3000SA 's cast components undergo 6 months of aging treatment followed by sandblasting and anti-rust processing, while steel parts receive tempering, sandblasting and anti-rust treatment—ensuring durability. An automatic oil pump provides timed lubrication, precisely oiling lead screws, guide rails and rollers to reduce wear.
