This not only saves the purchase cost of trolleys but also reduces labor and material expenses for daily trolley maintenance (such as guide rail lubrication and part replacement). Meanwhile, it avoids the trouble of frequently moving large stone blocks onto trolleys, simplifies the operation process, and improves processing convenience.  

Its lifting mechanism is equipped with a combined structure of 16-sided precision cast guide rails + 28 sets of rollers, paired with "central transmission synchronous lifting technology".The 16-sided guide rails and multiple sets of rollers form multi-point support, ensuring no shaking during lifting and stable processing.  

The Gantry Movable Cutting Wire Saw Machine’s central transmission design enables synchronous lifting on both sides, effectively avoiding processing precision errors induced by one-sided deviation. After prolonged use, the gap between its guide rails and rollers can be flexibly adjusted. This keeps long-term stable precision without the need for frequent calibration, minimizing maintenance workload during daily operations.

Its gantry span and lifting stroke are specifically engineered for large stone blocks, making it suitable for materials with a length of 3-8 meters and a height of 2-4 meters (customization is available based on actual requirements). The gantry body adopts heavy steel welding + aging treatment, with a load-bearing capacity of over 30 tons. It meets the strength requirements for long-term processing of large stone blocks and prevents structural deformation from affecting precision.
